Brett Lundequam, the Owner and Founder of LUNDEV HOMES, has been actively involved in Central Florida Homebuilding for over 20 years and is an Orlando native. Brett first gained experience alongside his father and later honed his skills during his 15 year career with a Fortune 250 Homebuilding Company where he began working with trade partners in the field eventually heading the company for the State of Florida. Being involved with every aspect of the homebuilding business, from site selection and acquisition through construction and Warranty has given Brett an Intimate knowledge of exactly what it takes to envision and create the structure that someone will be proud to call their home.
